Microsoft CRM supports multiple languages by default, including several right-to-left languages like Arabic, but unfortunately it is only compatible with the Gregorian calendar. It also does not support Persian by default.

Also, when using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Kian Pardaz Smart program, each user can change the program’s date type from Gregorian to Solar and vice versa, based on their preferences and needs. Changing the calendar is possible independently of changing the language. This means you can continue to use Persian in the CRM program, but use the Gregorian calendar, or vice versa.
