The next important step was to organize the company’s internal and external communications. This meant that both internal communications between employees in different departments had to be optimized, and the company’s communication with customers had to be better managed. We said that during the Corona period, the company had half of its employees working remotely, and in these circumstances, accessing a lot of vital information, especially for remote employees, was difficult and time-consuming. This way, no one needed to call another department’s employee and ask them to find the data they were looking for. Everyone could now update information in different files simultaneously, so that no request went unanswered.

On the other hand, a large portion of the company’s sales had suddenly been transferred to the online store due to the coronavirus pandemic, and this sales platform also needed management and reorganization.
